Return & Refund Policy
EmetStore will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to
return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us
in original packaging, unused and in resell-able condition.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customers and will be required to
arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store
credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
EmetStore will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value
of any shipping paid.
Non-refundable and returnable products
If you purchase items from the clothing and accessory section we offer you 3 days to change your mind.
There are some products that are excluded from our change of mind policy, these are:
- Food items
- Live plants
- Assembled products
- Customized products
- Custom Engraved Products.
- Products that were damaged due to natural calamity during shipping
We give utmost care to the Books and printable in the way it is stored and packed for shipping. Most of these products are sealed at their source of production, hence it is very difficult to determine the condition of the product inside the sealed pack. In an event of return requested in such situation the company reserves the sole right to determine if the product can be accepted back and or the refund can be provided after a thorough investigation.
It is highly recommended that you examine the product thoroughly as soon as it is delivered to you. Any item received in a damaged condition needs to be informed to us the very day of delivery. Thereafter any report of damage will not be addressed by EmetStore or its staff and team.
EmetStore will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted
within 90 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping for the warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect EmetStore to process
your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
